Overview These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Moondé Studio website and any commissions, inquiries, or transactions conducted through it. By accessing this site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

Commissions & Orders All Moondé works are made-to-order and commission-based. Pricing, lead times, and specifications are confirmed in writing prior to production. A deposit is required to initiate any commission. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

Intellectual Property All designs, images, content, and creative work displayed on this site are the exclusive property of Moondé Studio and Mitchell Moondé. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Spec Sheets & Trade Materials Spec sheets and trade materials provided through this site are for professional use only. Distribution to third parties without written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability Moondé Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any commissioned work beyond the value of the original transaction.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
